Sennur Dinleyen
In 1993, she joined a musician family in Ankara. Her father is TRT İstanbul Radio violinist Turay Dinleyen and she was introduced to music at a very young age. In 2006, she won the Istanbul Technical University Turkish Music State Conservatory Instrument Department and completed her high school and undergraduate education at the conservatory with the violin instrument. While she took part in orchestras and various projects as a violinist, she also started her vocal artistry during this period. In 2015, she was awarded the first prize in the vocal competition organized by Radio Alaturka. In 2017, she started working as a vocal artist in the Istanbul State Turkish Music Ensemble of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. In 2018, she taught Turkish Music Repertoire in the Music Department of Medipol University, Faculty of Fine Arts and Design. In 2021, she started giving violin lessons at Palet Turkish Music Primary School.
She took part in various ethnic groups using her voice with acapella and improvisation techniques. In 2021, she performed her first cover work, Seni Yazdım Kalbime. In 2024, she took part in the Ahenk program on TRT Music screens with Göksel Baktagir and Çiğdem Gürdal as a soloist. She started a project where she will bring her own compositions together with her listeners. Her work continues in various fields.
